Pinot noir 2017
$27.50
Oliver’s harvest
Named for our first grandchild, Pinot noir is a difficult grape to grow, the hardest of all wines to make, yet the most rewarding. The name Pinot noir is derived from the French words for pine and black and describes the small tight bunches. Pinot noir wine has a light red colour and a hue of aged straw. The aromas are of red summer fruits, it is smooth and intensely fragrant.
It goes well with game, roast meats, antipasto and soft cheeses.
